ABSTRACT

Objective:To provide the solution based on electronic authentication service and electronic signature for doctor and nurse in order to guarantee the integrity and authenticity of electronic medical records system(EMRS) in building, writing and storage.Methods: To establish integrated electronic signature platform based on the installation and debugging for the digital signature sever device; and to improve some parts of the database, such as the digital certificate, certificate logging and the integration process of digital signature etc.Results: The integrated electronic signature of EMRS can guarantee the authenticity and reliability of identity when doctor logged system or finished the normal medical work; and it can reduce manual signature process and contribute to finish the automatic signature after doctor or nurse finished EMRS and nursing recorder sheet.Conclusion: The implementation of the electronic signature can ensure the reliability of electronic medical records, achieve the complete electronic file storage for patient medical records, and greatly save manpower and material resources.

ABSTRACT

Objective:The effect of Wireless Analgesia System for the patients with postoperative pain, chronic pain and cancer pain in Anesthesiology Department will be discussed in this article. Methods:With the wireless signal being sent from the analgesia terminal transmitter to the base station of analgesia control, the analgesia pump can be connected with wireless analgesia terminal. Drugs can be delivered persistently or intermittently to keep the plasma concentration in an appropriate level according the vested parameters from the wireless system of analgesic delivering. Results:The information from the patients in the process of analgesia can be processed and saved by the system. According to the information of running and alarm displaying at the monitoring station, the analgesia records can be kept automatically. Conclusion:The satisfaction degrees on analgesia treatment can be improved, and the burden of work for anesthesiologists can be lessened as well, which improve the quality of medical services and promote the development of informatization in anesthesiology department.

ABSTRACT

Objective The aim of this paper was to develop the Mobile Nutrition Order System based on the technology of hospital information system to adapt the nutrition and food security management model in the new situation, so that the unified informa-tization management of diet for patients could be implemented by the Department of Nutrition. Methods The Mobile Nutrition Order System, with the functions of information entry, nutrition recipe, order making and data transmission, could be constructed by the com-bination of technologies between informatization and digital order. Results The automation of nutrition order in hospital was a-chieved, and the nutrition recipe and nutritional therapy could be realized in hospital, the effect was very obvious. Conclusion Since the application of Mobile Nutrition Order System, the labor intensity of servers has been reduced, saving working hours effective-ly.Meanwhile, the management of nutritional therapy was improved and the quality of logistics services in hospital and nutritional ther-apy ascend to a new high.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To design a set of digital medical record MIS. Methods: According to the problems of paper-based medical records management, the protocol of digital medical record MIS using micro-digital imaging technology was proposed. Results:It realized electronic medical record storage, the front page information of medical records, medical record circulation and statistics of medical information. Conclusion: The storage of paper based medical record was effectively compressed, the information level of medical record management was clearly promoted after using the digital medical record MIS. It realized the conservation and usage for current medical records, guaranteed information security and data sharing etc.

Results:The working process of clinical information systems can be standardized by integrating and sharing the data. The systems of medical service become smooth and interactive, which brings the benefits for doctors, nurses and patients. The resources in Anesthesia Department can be utilized comprehensively, which promotes the hospital management and improves the medical services. Conclusion:As an inevitable trend for the development of digital hospital, the construction and application of the digital Anesthesia Department promotes the development of anesthesiology and information construction for Anesthesia Department, which creates economic and social benefits for hospital and improves the core competitiveness for hospital.

The price adjustment in medical service system is a quite complex systematic engineering,this paper proposed the implement steps for the price adjustment in medical care system and correlative information technological support in Nanjing Jinling Hospital in details.The application results showed that the steps for the price adjustment in medical service system could insure the adjustment process steadyand effective,and it could also make the new price list software system and the whole information system run stably and reliably.
